Happy Earth Day.
Today, we’re proud to announce rdh x climate 2030, a multidisciplinary and interactive space to track our climate action and measure the impact against our Net Zero goal.
RDH X CLIMATE 2030
We’ve set ambitions that break down targets and measure against benchmarks reducing cost, energy, and waste, and optimizing our journey to Net Zero emissions by 2030. More to come as we rollout this platform—look for our newsletter and on our socials for announcements.
CONNECTING WITH OUR PURPOSE
Key to achieving the interconnected ambitions of rdh x climate 2030 is embracing and optimizing our practices around the workplace environment, firmwide culture, and operations. Each year, the Climate Report Update will include cultural and workplace highlights from the past 12 months to show the ways we strive to continually live by our values.
METRICS AND IMPACT
We’ll be sharing at every important milestone, starting with this first Report identifying the metrics of performance RDH is tracking.
CASE STUDIES
The most significant impact we can have on the environment is to bring a climate lens to every project we’re on and help design and retrofit buildings in alignment with a low-carbon, resilient future. Our clients, and the work we can do together, are what make this possible.
LOOKING AHEAD
Goals for 2024 pull on the levers of change at RDH, starting with the most impactful: New travel guidelines. We want to make sure we get to where we need to go but to do it with the lightest footprint possible. The list also includes building a real-time GHG emissions-tracking dashboard, Sustainability Committees, and career pathways.
